Academic Programs

Department of Energy Science and Engineering (previously known as the Centre for Energy Studies) is one of the oldest academic units in India that has undertaken Energy related research activities into account. To further expanding the scope and depth of academic and research activities being undertaken by the 45-year-old Centre for Energy Studies, IIT Delhi etsablished a new 'Department of Energy Science and Engineering' in 2021. Currently, the Department is offerring various academic programs, including, a Bachelor programm in Energy Engineering, and various Master and Ph.D programms.
