Charu Dwivedi is working as a Women Scientist (DST) in Centre for Energy Studies. She received M.Sc. degree in Physics (Electronics) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut in 2004, M.Phil. in Physics from C.C.S. University Meerut in 2006 and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi in 2013 for her thesis work on “Synthesis and characterization of metal-oxide nanoparticles and nanostructured films for dye-sensitized solar cell applications”. Currently, she is working on her project on CoSP synthesized ZnO/TiO2 nanostructure based perovskite solar cells. She has published 11 peer-reviewed research articles in international journals and presented her work in 2 international conferences.
Research Interests :
synthesis of nanostructures of various oxides, and their application in organic and perovskite solar cells.
metal doping in the oxides materials to generate LSPR effect and make use of it in increasing the device efficiency.
